The Vijaya Dashami Pooja - Dussehra denotes victory of good over evil and there are two stories that are associated with the festival in Hindu mythology. Dussehra or Vijayadashmi, for the year 2021, was celebrated on October 15 (Friday) with fervour and zeal. The HonourableTreasurer of the school Shri.Devadas Nair was invited on this auspicious day. As this day is also known as the birth anniversary of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, his statue in the school premises was garlanded.
